Board Member since February 2021, Ross Cooke has over 35 years of experience in strategic, financial, commercial and management roles in business consulting, with specific focus in the health industry. He has a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant. He also has experience serving on various boards (both not-for-profit and for profit), including as a board member of the Burnet Medical Research Institute for 20 years and was a past board president of Wintringham (a not-for-profit provider of aged and homelessness services).
Ross has previously held positions working in senior executive positions with public hospitals in Victoria and interstate, as well as working with governments on strategic issues in public health. Ross has also worked in the private health insurance and private hospital sectors. Ross received an Order of Australia Medal in the 2019 Australia Day Awards for his services to the community.
