Driving whilst sleepy can be as dangerous as driving after drinking alcohol. Everyone who drives after limited sleep is at risk. Those who do shiftwork or have sleep disorders are at greater risk. Being aware of drowsiness, taking breaks, having power-naps or simply deciding not to drive are the best ways to avoid the risk of an accident.
