Grant Success for IBAS
IBAS is pleased to announce that Assoc.Prof. Mark Howard has been awarded a grant from the MRFF to develop a new way to synchronize non-invasive ventilation at home. This project will improve the quality of life for patients who need to use a ventilator at home.
The project is titled "Synchronise non-invasive ventilation at home" and will be led by Dr. Howard. The project will investigate new ways to synchronize non-invasive ventilation with the patient's breathing pattern. This could lead to more comfortable and effective treatment for patients.
The project is funded by a grant of $1,268,154 from the MRFF for a period of four years.
