World Sleep Day

Friday 16th March is World Sleep Day!

A few ideas about how you can celebrate the day:

  • Take a moment to consider how good your sleep has been recently.
  • Learn some simple tips to improve your sleep.
  • Find out more about sleep research happening within IBAS (courtesy of the Sleep Health Foundation).
  • Consider participating in sleep research - projects at IBAS look for people who are healthy and generally sleep well to participate as well as those with sleep difficulties.
  • If you are concerned about your sleep, make an appointment with your GP or sleep specialist.
  • Prioritise sleep this weekend and see what a difference it makes to how you feel during the day.
